Our history is deeply rooted in the heritage of a long-established family business. People are the key differentiator in our work at all organisational levels. Guido is the company’s MD and legal representative. He is the son of Ferruccio Lorenzon, one of Bielle’s two founders and has a decades-long experience in the management of the business. He oversees each step of the production process, from material selection to quality assessment of the final product. He also coordinates the work of all department heads.

Riccarda oversees the administration, bookkeeping and financial aspects of the company. She is the daughter of Antonio Brunelli, one of Bielle’s two founders and has spent her whole career in the company, acquiring, as a result, a broad and diverse experience.

Lorenza has been involved in the running of the business for over thirty years. She is in charge of all human resources activities and manages the front office.

As Bielle’s sales manager, Mauro is in charge of promoting our products, conducting negotiations and processesing orders. He manages client relationships and liaises directly with the technical office.
